   Great Value and Excellent Service Home Bargains in Perry Barr is a fantastic store that offers great value for money. The prices are noticeably cheaper than many other shops, and there’s always a wide variety of products to choose from. The selection of kids’ toys is especially impressive — perfect for gifts or treats. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. A well-organized store that truly lives up to its name — highly recommended!

   Overall, the staff on the shop floor are generally friendly and helpful. However, I feel that some of the cashiers would benefit from further training in customer service skills, particularly around basic courtesies such as saying “thank you.” One cashier (wearing a hijab and positioned towards the wall) appeared to be rushing customers. I was still packing my items when the next customer began doing so, which I found quite uncomfortable and discourteous. I completely understand the need for efficiency during busy periods, but every customer deserves the space and time to complete their transaction at their own pace. A little patience and compassion would make a big difference. Additionally, another younger male staff member appeared quite unhappy to be serving at the till, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. I will be following up with a call to Head Office to discuss this further, as I believe some additional customer service training could greatly improve the shopping experience.

   A big store, but not as good a selection of items as in other stores from the same brand. Still fairly useful though, and some good finds at good prices. Like most of the other stores, you can find some unusual and interesting food items here.

   Love home bargain. Its not called home bargain for nothing. I always find something there either food or household products. It's a reasonable price shop. I do like to go to other home bargains as they all have different products depending of the size of the shop.
