Went Bra shopping with my mum. Sudesh made the trip worthwhile. Her attention to detail and advice on style and best buys was brilliant. On top of being a lovely lady, credit to Marks and Spencer
Very nice and organised. I love the cafe that's implemented here. It gives a perfect break while shopping and it's the most unique part of the shop. Other than that, it's basically the same as any other clothing shop.
Queue in the cafe absolutely ridiculous but the lady on the till, Jodie, is coping really well and is a credit to your company. You need more like her. Literally, on the other till not being used. Or have someone making drinks for her. Or someone else apologising to the customers.
Even though M&S have announced that they will support customers' soft plastic recycling (which they have been doing until recently), they have removed the recycling container from their Birmingham store. I think it was a great way to promote recycling and very disappointed they've done so.
A recent shop here was disappointing, it appears that while prices are not climbing yet, the selection and quality of clothing is slipping away. I found it hard to find the right shirts and the chino's look shabby. Regular trousers seem to be very lightweight to be sold in winter months. The men's floor did not have much of a choice at all.
Visited there with family. Every section has a good Variety of Selection you can choose from food to clothing even Health & Beauty. Very welcoming & Helpful Staff on the Floor if you couldn’t find your desire item just go to them and ask them where it is.
Has gone down hill. Food Hall is always half stocked. Even after work when everyone wants to buy something for dinner there are more spaces on the shelves than products.
Good stuff but not really my style I only shop on this time round because I needed a suit for a family wedding it was good quality and under 200 pounds which I was really please with plus the staff working in this section very patience, polite and helpful it's was a nice experience
Great for kids winter clothing items, live the foodhall too. The meal deal section could do with less poncy but more practical choices when it comes to sandwiches.
