Great camp site, dog friendly, nice owner and reception, safe and secure. Fantastic facilities on site and a really good dog friendly pub 5 minutes walk away

Good Campsite Location convenient Facilities very good; Communal fridge freezer Cheap electric hook up Waste and recycling Running water Washing up area Combined toilet and shower- theses are great but there are only two but more planned for the future Logs at reasonable price for firepit Secure as there are codes for gates and doors Only a couple of downsides; Traffic and trains can be a bit noisy also small aircraft Plus some little flies that find their way in your car or tent. I would definitely stay there again though.

This is a nice campsite and is well maintained. It is in a good position to explore the local area including York. There is some slight road and air noise but it wasn't enough to bother us. The owner is really nice and willing to help if you need it. The facilities are well maintained . I would recommend getting a fire pit too, they are very nice in the evening.

Lovely flat site with a few new hard standing pitches. Showers n toilets clean and more than adequate. Friendly site that is well placed for Leeds, Selby or York. Xcape snow and ski centre 15 minutes away. Walks into woods very close by and plenty of fishing sites in local area. Pub in village is closed for renovation but is an easy walk once reopened.

This is a very well kept site, it has good and clean toilet and shower facilities. Great location for Leeds, York, Selby, hull and the north east coast. We camped, the ground is flat in most areas and not too far from the facilities.

Nice campsite, facilities are good, proper toilets, washing up places and electric hook ups. May seem like a quiet place, but turns out there are loads to do around there (only realised after looking at a list in the female toilet)! Only down side is that the field is close to the road and in the mornings, although traffic isn't heavy, it can get bit noisy.
