Booked a table for 7:15. We arrived at 7pm and said that we were early and is the table ready. They said no but we could wait at the bar. Bar man was lovely and did us a cocktail. 20 minutes passed and people we were still at the bar. The bar man said are you still waiting for a table!!!!! He cleaned off a table and seated us. Then the lady on the door came over and said who did you tell you were here. I said "you"!!!! She took no ownership. Not sure why there were 4, two seater tables available the whole evening??? Yet we had to wait. We seemed to wait at every point. Wait for order to be taken. Wait for food wait for pudding wait for bill, wait to pay. Chicken was burnt and hard. Cream had melted on the sundae. It have been made but no not served. We just wanted to get out in the end. They got the message when we put our coats on to leave. Other tables were complaining about a burnt burger and long wait. The bar staff are fab and need to manage the restaurant!

Very disappointed I've been going tgi's for yrs mainly Walsall West Midlands and Leicester at family meals and never once been disappointed food always presented well staff Go up and beyond to make sure your happy. When we came to Liverpool for few days I booked us in straight away, was Very disappointed it's very small and didn't have any atmosphere really so just I put it down to being smaller. When my husband ordered a starter which was hot boneless wings when it came out to that was it chicken on a plate no salad or dip like you get in Walsall and Leicester, then we ordered sesame chicken stripe again no presentation usually chips come out in a wire basket, usually get salad and sauce in a pot these were Just on the plate, not once did anyone ask if all was ok or did we want another drink which little thing's like this make ya experience nicer.

We popped in, via walk in, for dinner and had a lovely meal. Our server Katy was super attentive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our starters were corn dogs and boneless chicken wings, which were tasty and freshly cooked. The mains of glazed smash burger and sesame chicken strips were also excellent. There’s a good range of bottled beers, but they only had one beer, a pilsner, on via draft. The only downside to the visit was the menus. They are filthy, and are caked in old food and drink. You have to wash your hands again after ordering, they are that dirty.

Had a quick bite, loaded nachos were very tasty, would have preferred a bit more crunch and maple glaze on the on the corn ribs. Friendly staff. Not many there when we visited so not much atmosphere, but that goes without saying at the time

Except one little mishap today, we had an amazing time here having food and cocktails. Our server Josh was amazing, couldn't fault him at all. Safe to say the 2 for 1 cocktails won us over and we ended up staying for 4 hours! Will definitely be coming back again!

They have really good combo deals. Cocktail recommended by staff was really amazing. Would not recommend drinking bottled cold drinks- they are quite expensive. Other than that had great lunch here

Another country, another TGIF. It’s become a tradition over the last decade and never disappoints. The ribs were spot on as usual, as were the wings. Great ambience, great service. Only downside was the so-called ‘Ultimate’ Long Island iced tea, which tasted great, but I’m fairly confident the actual quantity of liquor was no greater than the standard serve when compared side-by-side, just served in a different shaped glass with more ice.

The food was decent enough . Allergy information not great though in relation to the kids menu. They give u a little card with a qr code to scan for allergy info but the kids menu not on it. If u have a egg and dairy allergy the kids menu is out

As you can see from the photos the loaded potato skins were anything but loaded. Nice place, quite slow service on the day, difficult to get another drink. Jack Daniels glaze was gorgeous as usual
