   Bought gaming chair on line not suitable can't get it picked up ITEM TOO.LARGE For return can't speak to head office no.calls allowed Cost £20 through DHL took hours to arrange as large item DHL kept refusing Smyths no help.what so ever so think before ordering large item can you get it back to store yourself?? If no dont buy from smythes DO NOT BUY LARGE ITEMS ON LINE IF YOU CANT RETURN YOURSELF

   I bought a ride-on car for my son from Smyths Toys, but when we turned it on at home, he got very scared by the sound. The car in the store didn’t have a battery, so we couldn’t test it properly — I had no idea it would make such loud noises. I tried to return it after just one week, but the staff refused to refund me because it had been used. I explained the situation, but they didn’t care. I think this is very unfair and misleading — if customers can’t see or hear how the toy works in store, how can we know if it’s right for our children? I feel like I was tricked. Not happy at all with how I was treated.

   I bought a toy car for my son from Smyths Toys, and after just one week it stopped working. When I went back to request a refund, they refused without a proper explanation. I genuinely feel like I was treated unfairly, possibly because I'm not white British. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful, and I left feeling disrespected and very disappointed. I hope Smyths takes complaints like this seriously and reflects on how they treat all customers equally.

   Poorly staffed very long wait I line for order pickup nearly 10min one till open another staff member walking about doing nothing then went on the till when the que went down not good especially when you have kids who want to see everything else get the staff to man the tills and get the queuing people in and out and to have a good experience not a bad one.

   Rubbish. Bought a car seat from here and my partner did not like it. We wanted to replace it with another one which was bit cheaper. The staff and manager were adamant that, car seat could not be returned once bought. Car seat was just taken out of the box and packed again for return and they denied to take it or replace it. This is ridiculous.

   I was in your Speke store looking for a car seat for our 3 year old granddaughter, wasnt really sure which type we required. A wonderful young lady MAGDA came to our rescue, and what an absolute lovely person she is. She went out of her way to help us, even looking at our car to make sure we got the right seat for our granddaughters needs. She is a credit to Smyths, please acknowledge her and give her a Thank you for her excellent customer service.
