I got recommended to go to Joe for my tattoo and I'm so glad I decided to book in with him. He created an absolutely perfect design for me and took so much care and time into the finish of his work. Joe's genuinely one of the nicest guys you'll meet and will definitely take care of you. 100% recommend if you're looking for a tattoo artist!
I was apprehensive about getting a tattoo done being an older lady but Joe put me at ease right away. He is a very talented artist - he took my basic idea and created a beautiful tattoo design that I am super happy to wear. The studio is really clean, relaxed and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or to go back in the future for more tattoos.

I came in for a small tattoo above my ankle. As it was my first I had let the nerves get to me a few days before but once walking in there I felt very calm and content with the whole idea of being there. Joe was very patient with me trying to figure sizes out but we eventually got there. Although my design was small he still made it look amazing. I first saw Joe’s work whilst searching Instagram for a Leeds based tattoo artists. I was particularly interested in his cover-up work as I had a number of traditional pieces that I needed covering up. Loved all his Japanese work and opted for this style as a cover up. I message him on Instagram and received a reply back within hours inviting me to the studio for a free consultation. He created a very calm and relaxed atmosphere, provided helpful direction and talked me through options he thought would best cover up the old tattoo. He then provided a digital mock-up of the designs. Joe also showed me some of his previous work including cover-ups which gave me great confidence in his work. At no time was there any rush or pressure from Joe and when I had chosen a design, he kept refining if for me. I’d also say he was very honest in regard to the cost and length of time the for this piece. Very happy customer and have now asked Joe to design to fresh new pieces for my forearm and feet. Hilly
I approached Joe with a very vague and outdated idea of what I wanted to help cover up an old, tired and faded shoulder tattoo. Joe was patient, understanding and attentive, he listened to my concerns and shared ideas making every effort to create a tattoo personal and unique to me. After only two brief face to face meetings, Joe had designed a beautiful tattoo which I love. Thanks to his flexibility we quickly scheduled convenient dates and after two sessions my tattoo is complete. I’ve received so many compliments and can honestly say it’s better than what I imagined, my old tattoo is fully covered. Joe’s studio is comfortable, clean and conveniently positioned in Leeds.
