   Rude staff don't make any effort to speak to you at all, make you feel quite uncomfortable at the till. There was a little shopping basket that my autistic daughter used to put the items she wanted in, I thought it was a basket too to be fair. We were abruptly told at the till this is to buy not put things in. No harm done it wasn't damaged, we only carried items in it didn't appreciate being spoken to like I was stupid. To be honest no wonder the shops empty.

   Called into white rose today and went into Claire’s to see the 3 for £10 offer, a lovely member of staff helped me choose many many items for my daughter, scanning each item Individually in the store to see what was on the offer! Really great customer service :)

   Lovely helpful staff! I Called them to ask if there is any chance to get daughter’s ears pierced. I have busy times,and it was around 8.30 pm, and 15 minutes drive to them. How surprised I was, when I heard “Sure we do, we are waiting. Happy mum, happy daughter, happy ears. Big thank you ladies⭐️❤️⭐️

   Every time myself and daughter visit this store it's the same woman every time that services us. This woman is beyond belief, she is so miserable, doesn't give eye contact and never apologises for making you wait. My daughter is autistic and loves this store but won't be visiting again. We'll go to another store. Even my daughter who doesn't have much social cues explained to me that this woman is rude. When we used to visit the Disney store the staff always made a fuss of the children. This woman puts customers off and it's not on the odd occasion like she's having a bad day, it's every time we visit.

   Spent £62 even with the 3 for 3 offer and the assistant wasn't even kind enough to honour my student discount even though I'd logged onto the app and I just needed to reconfirm but their was no signal in white rose - won't bother again, it's overpriced anyway

   Very dissatisfied, one of the workers there (I believe she was the manager)shouted at me when I asked to see the price of a squish mallow ! So rude, don’t recommend.

   Learn to speak to your customers with respect! Awful attitude when telling your customer it is closing time. Don't employ those who think they can talk to people with an attitude please. Try hiring kind, respectful people. Won't be spending my money here.

   Never in my life been spoken to how the girl behind the counter today spoke to me today refused to exchange diamond earrings bought in April for my 9 year old that the diamond had fallen out of because she ‘couldn’t find the consent form’ on the system, I explained I had driven a 15 mile round trip to return them and that my little girl had no others to wear, her attitude was vile when I challenged her about poor customer service she told me and my 9 year old to ‘get out’ of the shop, my 9 year old was absolutely distraught in floods of tears, safe to say there is a massive complaint going in to customer services, total lack of any respect or customer service skills, there were 2 girls working one blonde one with dark hair, the one with dark hair was the rude one I hope she will be give a lesson on how to treat customers
