   Bought two Guinea pigs from there last month and got told we have two boys. He did all the check and kept telling us we have boys. We allowed them to settle in the new home with us and when we was doing checks we noticed they wasn’t boys. Took them to another pets at home closer to us to get there gender checked turned out they was girls. I’m not sure how you can mistake the gender.

   Me and my girlfriend welcomed our new pet Syrian hamster to the family this week. Phil and the team where fantastic giving us guidance and product info surrounding owning small animals, they couldn't have made it any easier or special. Awesome service, very kind patient staff who care about their animals !! We named the little fella Phil ! ;) Cheers guys !

   My wife dealt with “ Chris” which if she isn’t a manager deserves to be. My wife was given extensive help in choosing a dog harness. She was polite, informative and concise. We had to purchase her recommendation from their website because her choice was unavailable in store. She could have said another product to get the local sale but her integrity shone through We would definitely recommend this store and Chris the female font of all knowledge. Regards Steve P

   I wasn't planning on buying anything, I keep being undecided about whether to buy fish, but I finally took the plunge ! Phil was absolutely exceptional, his customer service was absolutely fantastic. He had the patience of I don't know what, he was thorough and explained everything to me with the endless amounts of questions that I had. He was busy undertaking his tasks but he was so so patient with me. I then went and bought all the things that I need (minus the fish) I need to wait 24 hours for that. I can't say how amazing Phil was for his help and customer service. Thank you very much!
