   Friendly staff with a pleasant atmosphere. Good selection of pet supplies and staff are willing to help whenever you need them. Even tho you can shop around to get a better price it’s convenient and always have the stock needed. Will recommend and continue to use.

   I like P@H and the staff are always nice. The layout is easy to negotiate and there is always an offer on. I would say that the prices seem a little higher than competitors, but I don't feel ripped off and I think the quality of items here is good so I somehow shoulder the slightly higher prices (!)

   Took our pet who had a sore eye. The service from the vet was great but let the score down by not being more transparent with the pricing. The vet was recommending products and saying you need this and that but not offering a price along the way. Was meant to get a free consultation under the pet plan but was charged for this. Only realised when we got home and had to go back the next day for a refund. More transparency is required regarding the pricing in my opinion.

   Absolutely useless . Never have the food in stock for our dogs and none of it available at all for home delivery. On top of that the packs have gone up nearly £5 a pack when they are in stock . This price rise is over about 3 weeks and a total rip off . Luckily I have found the product available at Sainsbury so can get some there at the normal price . Will not be taking anymore of my money . Avoid ( Review not against the Staff personally )

   This is the best shop for any pets. Lovely clean environment. The choice is amazing . There's always live pets rabbits , guinea pigs, nice ,rats . To see.
