   Just dropped my cat off at the "hotel". It's my first time being there and when we got in a man came and asked if I need help carrying the cat. I said no thank you and the man pulled my cats cage out of my hand and walked off with her. Not even letting my stoke her! And as soon as j got there I could smell something weird... it doesn't seem like a very pleasant place. Wouldn't recommend so far.

   was very disappointed dropped two cats off on 26/12/2018. Took cat bed toys blanket and play tent for some reason was told probably won't get toys back. We returned home late from holiday so asked my mother and father in law to pick them up and was given just the cats. Basically rented a secure ROOM so where is the rest? How do u loose then? Father in law was told that's all there was.

   Recently used Windle cat hotel and thought it was amazing. Very clean, my cat was very well cared for and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely use again, thank you for taking such good care of her.

   Lovely cat hotel! Very clean & quiet. If you are passionate about your cat this is the place to board them whilst you enjoy your holidays! The pens are spacious and the cats are well cared for would not recommend anyone else!!
