   Owner was abrupt and rude. We tried to buy a replacement collar for our dog after the original had snapped (but only after over 6 years' service, when he lunged at another dog and was pulled back). We found a very similar collar but the shop owner insisted it was too narrow for our dog and refused to sell it.
