Such an amazing place with great staff who are so Eager to help! All staff have great knowledge of breeds and recommendations for diets suitable to each dog! Can’t thank them enough with helping us save our allergy dogs !
I never do reviews, Hayley and all the team are truly amazing. I have spoken to Hayley about issues my dog has she has always taken time to explain things to me not just about raw food but her knowledge is second to non. Pet shack is number 1

Great range of products and very knowledgeable staff that dont try and flog you the most expensive stuff. I was actually recommended the cheapest raw dog food to start with and then to mix up the flavors.
A great shop staffed by great people. They're amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If you're considering feeding your pooch raw, then go and visit these guys and they will answer all your questions. You won't regret it!
Fantastic shop. So much choice on raw food, treats, accessories etc. The staff are so friendly and more than happy to help you and discuss your needs or problems with your pet. They have been so helpful on food and advice etc from when I got my puppy. You can take your pet in there too. Plenty of places to park too.
