First time using Clock Face Kennels are certainly won’t be the last- they took such good care of our anxious dachshund and provided updates when asked, also was nice to see the photos they uploaded of them all walking. Super affordable, genuine people who take care of your pets as if they were their own. Couldn’t recommend them enough- thank you so so much :)

Thank you so much for taking care or my little pain in the bum whilst we went and celebrated my daughters birthday. Ace had a brilliant weekend with you and she is frankly bonkers and not just anyone can deal with her you were all so good with her! She is back home now happy and tired and she looks well rested and contented too! Will deffenatley be sending her back nect time we need high quality care for Ace thank you. *picture from christmas last year the cuteness here helps me to forget how up the wall she has me hahahahhaha

My dog stayed 2 nights and came out smelling terrible. Since being home he's not stopped being sick and looks skinnier than when he went in. He's only a young dog hopefully he gets over it but I won't be bringing him back

Fabulous kennels with staff that love your fur baby as much as you do. Heated kennels daily walks and lots of cuddles, it's a holiday for my Bella she loves it. Used this kennel for 20 years for both my dogs and will never go anywhere else.

I don’t usually leave reviews, particularly if I wasn’t massively keen on something and especially as the reviews for this kennel were fantastic - but I felt like I had to leave this review as we are still dealing with the aftermath of leaving my cats at this kennel nearly a month after their stay. My two young cats were with this kennel over the Christmas holidays. Upon collecting them we were brought into the back of the kennels to physically put them back in their boxes (something we’ve never had to do with any other kennel), and this gave us a look as to the condition of the kennel itself which was cold and quite dirty. Despite these unnerving observations we took them home. Since coming home we noticed some quite frightening things: one cat who is usually incredible friendly and calm was now extremely skittish and jumpy (again something that hasn’t happened after coming back from other catteries), and the other cat had lost nearly a third of their body weight, and instead of eating food that was put down for them, they were now eating their cat litter instead! I honestly don’t know what went on at that kennels or what they did to my cats, but a month later from their stay, we are still dealing with these issues including the cat that was eating litter (who is now incredibly ill) I am absolutely heart broken seeing my cats so ill and scared all the time - they will not be going back to this kennel ever again - I hope this review is useful

My dog Gracie is always happy when she arrives and is happy when she leaves . She isn't the easiest dog to look after and we appreciate the time and effort the staff put in regarding Gracie's care. The kennels are always clean and all the dogs appear happy and relaxed. The staff are always friendly and polite. Many thanks.

Diane, Omar and the team are very caring and professional. I have been using this boarding kennels for over 12 years. Our old dog Alfie was a complex character and I always knew he would be well looked after and his quirks (he had many) catered for. In the last years of his life he became diabetic and Diana and Omar went above and beyond with giving his injections out of hours. When we got our current dog Tilly we started her in day care at 6 months old to prepare for her longer stays. I know the kennels is not a doggy play hotel with all bells and whistles but what I do know is that you get what you see, which is a safe place for your dog to stay, they are well cared for by a dedicated team.

Was a bit apprehensive in leaving our romanian rescue here as she has never been away before and is quite nervous with other people whom she doesn't know!! Love the idea of putting the dogs photos on Facebook whilst taking them for a walk!! Would highly recommend this friendly dogs kennels and cattery xx

My cockapoo is very nervous so I was wary of leaving her at kennels for the first time. Coco seemed to love her stay there and came back happy. They took her needs into consideration and placed her in an area that was quieter but she had lots of fuss and even went on a walk with a less confident dog and encouraged them. Very impressed with their professionalism.
