    I attended this Boots pharmacy today specifically to get urgent medication, which is a time-sensitive medical need. I was told to wait, so I did - for 40 minutes, alone, during my lunch break. During that time, a child with tonsillitis who arrived after me was seen first. After waiting all that time, I was then told by staff that they were β€œtoo busy” for anyone to see me and that I should come back at 4pm. I explained very clearly that I couldn’t return as I was at work and only had my lunch break, and asked if I could please continue waiting. I was bluntly told no. This was dismissive and completely unacceptable - especially given the urgency. Turning someone away after making them wait 40 minutes, with no attempt to prioritise or offer an alternative, is a shocking lack of care. I will be taking this further and would strongly advise others not to rely on this pharmacy for urgent care.

    Had to wait for staff ar perfume coynter to finish their conversation before they offered to help. Told they only have limited products at this store and would need to visit larger store. Tried to pay with boots card points but nobody knew how to get the app showing my points. Very poor staff.

    My only complaint is when you go evening shopping there's practically no-one on the premuim beauty counters. The times I've stood around waiting. Maybe I don't have the right look. So I more often than not just order online elsewhere. Which is a shame as I love Boots.

    I queried why items online where much cheaper than in store. The response was rather rude by an older female member of staff. Her attitude left a lot to be desired. Refused to let me speak to a manager to ask why items where dearer in store. Her response was they will only tell you the same as me. Items online are nothing to do with us. Why they are all the same company. I will take my custom elsewhere in future. These staff of a certain age should retire and move over and let the younger nice people have their jobs. They are a disgrace The sour faced oldies.

    Always love the 3 for 2 Christmas offers. Loads of great deals, gift sets and lovely friendly staff at the tills and on the make-up counters. No complaints from me! :)
