   Had to get our dog an emergency appointment here a couple of days ago. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to him but it was done in a lovely, quiet gentle way. The staff were great. He fell asleep in my arms and we were able to cuddle him and let him know we loved him. I would highly recommend this surgery and if we have any future pets would definitely use them.

   I was visiting the area when I had an emergency with my dog. Contacted the practice who told me it would be £100 before treatment as my dog was not registered with them and it was an urgent appointment(even though it was normal working hours). Contacted Parker and Crowther who were extremely, accommodating squeezed my dog in amongst existing appointments and the total price including treatment was less than £100. I thought the charge was exploiting an already stressful situation to financial gain. Shameful. Have since asked my vet at home who would also not charge extra for a pet visiting the area. Vets bills are high enough without being ripped off
