    I took my little dog Louie to see Anne while she cleaned his ears. Louie is the most nervous dog on the planet. Anne was so caring and spent ages making Louie feel relaxed. When she cleaned his ears and cut his nails he was excellent. Anne knew exactly what she was doing, professional and knowledgeable. This is more than a job to Anne. It’s a vocation or lifestyle.
