   Jo is magical! I was very hesitant to take my puppy to the groomers after having a bad experience in the past. But when we learned that Jo worked in a force-free way, we took a chance and oh boy, were we amazed. She was so patient with our very energetic pup, gained her trust, at my pups pace. Stress free from start to end. I can already see the difference at home, I wasn’t able to get the little trimmer near my pup without her biting it, and now we can. We have just been to one session, but we are signed up for life! If you are looking for a great groomer, come to Cuts for Mutts! x

   I was so relieved to find a force-free groomer in Merseyside since we moved up here 18 months ago. The dog grooming world is so unregulated it's the Wild West (eyes at you Pets At Home). It's wonderful to meet someone like Jo who has a good understanding of dog behaviour and body language and takes this is to consideration when grooming dogs. She goes at the dog's pace and doesn't make them do anything they don't want to. She doesn't use restraints and uses lots of treats instead. She's a gem. My dog loves going to her and it's totally worth the hour and a half round trip!

   Been to Jo numerous times with my anxious GSD, she’s so patient with us and really just does anything necessary to make my dog comfortable. I find it really difficult to groom him due to separation anxiety and reactivity issues. But we manage it and he’s more comfortable every time we go. I’ve also recently taken my mother in laws dog who is very timid, has incontinent issues and had matting in her fur. Jo was an absolute dream at working with her and making her much cleaner, happier and none matted! Very grateful for her continued support, would definitely recommend to anyone☺️

   My cockapoo hated trips to the groomer, he’d be so anxious and scared. From the first visit with Jo he was much more relaxed and I love that I can stay with him. Jo is patient and goes at Charlie’s pace, I wouldn’t take him anywhere else now.

   Honestly couldn’t rate Jo highly enough. My dog, Loki, used to pull against me and hate going into the previous groomers. Going to Cutts for Mutts he jumps out of the car and can’t wait to get in to her house. She is so patient and works at your dogs pace. Highly recommend!!

   Regularly take our labradoodle to Jo. Started with an anxious, frightened puppy who is now happy to be bathed, shaved and generally groomed. Jo is very patient and friendly not only with the dog! Our George always comes home looking gorgeous. Accommodating and flexible, would definitely recommend.

   I took Buddy to 'Cuts for Mutts' recently, Jo did wonders for him, with special shampoo etc. There is as wonderful relaxed feeling, with soothing music playing while Jo is grooming. Every care is given. We are booked in for another secession very soon. Thank you once again Jo x x
