   Rescheduled my appointment to Monday which I didn’t mind but when I turned up to the new appointment shutters where down and it was closed, never responded to my messages and its now Friday, My dog has been going to this groomer for her entire life and this was genuinely disappointing

   Gone right downhill Cuts are poor, (was upset at the mess when I got home) Knott's in ears, Long patches, chucks everywhere, !! looks like a child has cut my Lhasa apso.. My observated opinion, If your dog is plasid, it's most likely to be used to train the young girls... The groomer don't seemed to be doing it any more and to make matters worse the prices have gone right up... Judgingby my recent experiences I'm staying away or gonna give it a go myself

   My Bischon Midge looks amazing everytime he goes. The cut is amazing and he smells lovely for days. Everyone asks how I keep him looking so good. Not my doing it's the Groomer.
