We love this restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is very good. Going with the kids or with a wheelchair is easy, as they have an easy access through the main door. Sometimes you don't need to book a table, but always depends of the season/festivity or the day of the week.
Not safe for Celiacs. We ate there yesterday and very disappointed The staff were polite but they had no clear direction. We had 3 different waiters who all tried taking our drink order. I ordered the Chef specials sea food Risotto. It’s looked like soggy boiled rice and tasted as much. I sent it back and asked for flavour, I was asked what sort of flavour. I replied the Chef needs to taste it. They returned my dish they just added garlic it wasn’t much better. The seafood was cooked from frozen as they also had no taste. I also ordered a Gluten Free pizza had to pay extra for it being GF as this was for a child but had to buy an adult meal. I told them my child was Celiac. My son has been ill this morning. I have since checked the website which says they can’t 100% guarantee there would be no cross-contamination. I feel this is something the waiter should’ve identified immediately. To finish the night off I had to correct the handwritten bill and correct their maths for totalling the bill. I won’t be eating here again.
If I could give it 10 stars, I would in good conscience. The service was so friendly, I felt like they were my best friends. The food was WOW!
Well what an evening we all turned up for our birthday club so we decided to use you guys on an arrival looks smart great place . Order a beer from the the guy from behind the bar the beer tasted bit sour but I still drank it Berri Moretti We sat down for the meal asked the manger if we could split the bill and have a bill for Lewis our name he said we don’t do it ? Ordered the ribeye steak to be told no steak it’s Monday …????? I ordered the sirloin steak that was 25.95 Well it came out like a gammon steak I order med rare well this was a sandwich steak thin over cooked I started to eat to decide I wasn’t happy I got the steak changed but that was a big mistake the replacement was worse see pics the vegetables was cold the chips was good and the pepercorn sauce was really good Manger was very good to help with the complaint but mate get a better cut of meat and better beer I love the Italian in fishpond they are outstanding and have peroni a true Italian beer Won’t return as the food was terrible that was my steak but the carbonara was tasteless and needs more seasoning Many thanks Anthony
Family celebration for my grandsons birthday food was very good. Although the menu has been reduced still plenty of selection for children and adults alike. Will definitely go there again.
Lovely meal, and was prompt. Music a bit loud but ok. Good atmosphere had live music which was nice
I went there for a meal with my friends as location was very convenient for all of us. I ordered a salad from the main menu for a starter and I got very confused when the dish arrived, it was a combination of caprese salad with a pile of leaves on the middle with shredded carrot on the top and two tiny black olives. There was no dressing or taste in it. My main dish was supposed to be cannelloni and I got a plate with a lots of sauce and three pasta pieces that tasted very strange and I presume I was served leftovers. There was no safety measures kept in the restaurant. None of the staff was wearing a mask and the place was packed. We didn't feel comfortable, left soon and I don't think I will ever come back
My favourite place to come. Food was absolutely amazing! Staff and owners so friendly and welcoming. Great service and amazing food. Can’t wait to come back
