Ella was lovely and made the evening a pleasurable one There was plenty of choice for someone who is gluten intolerant. Overall a great experience for a large chain.

Lovely restaurant - bigger than I imagined. We came in on a Tuesday evening, it didnt look too busy and there were plenty of tables free but the guy said they only have availability on one small table next to the bar. Of course we take it and assumed all the other free tables are booked....we stayed from 6pm-7:45pm and it was not at all busy but the service was quite slow too. Nonetheless, the food was great. We ordered the chicken fries and calamari to start and the caesar salad and carbonara for mains. The food did not take long at all, it came in great timing which we were really pleased with but the service itself was a bit slow.
OK, let's be honest here. I wouldn't normally go to Bella or any other Italian chain restaurant. One of my last work gathering. The not bad, had the lasagne. Not the best but hot and a good size. Staff great and a lovely venue so overall a good time. Cheers.
We booked late afternoon on the Saturday and they had availability. We were sat quickly and given options about allergies and the pay at the table. My sons asked for some colouring and whilst they did not have colouring paper she brought us some crayons and some spare paper for them to draw on. We ordered through the table/webpage and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. There were a few larger tables in at the same time so our expectation of speedy food was lowered however our food came out so quickly. It was fresh and really tasty. Service was good, we were able to order more food and drink from the webpage and all in all was a really nice experience. This is not our local Bella Italia as we were visiting the area and staying in a nearby hotel but will definitely seek out our local one after this experience
Food was nice and plentiful. Staff were lovely but needed to check in more. Was a bit chilly recently and the toilets are like ice boxes but appreciate they have to save money somewhere. Overall nice venue
Staff were friendly and efficient, I had a problem with my food , it was returned and a new pinsa cooked. The lady Manager was very helpful and the service and food were lovely. I am just eating the other hald of my pinsa for lunch as it was huge! Will definitely be back, thankyou!
