The food is amazing here. Best katsu curry I've had, and really fast service. However the place is so small that it's a little uncomfortable with how close you are to others. Still worth it in my opinion, and they do takeaway

So was an interesting experience for sure. The place is very small and tight with little space to move so coming in larger groups will be a struggle. Nicely decorated though and very warm as the kitchen is just right next to the seating which was nice given it was freezing outside We noticed that a few people that had come in after us had gotten served their food before us even though we'd ordered first. A group actually ended up getting their food as they arrived from what I saw. Only thing I could guess is that they're regulars and are good friends with the people who work there. The staff themselves are very nice, just a bit disheartened that 4 other people got served before us despite us ordering first The food is really tasty. The Katsu is a little spicy but was perfect for myself although some may struggle with it. The chicken was very flavourful as well It's a shame that both of us ended up feeling sick from this and threw all of it up later in the day. Personally I felt it sitting in my stomach for 4-5 hours and felt slightly nauseous, my partner felt ill the moment we'd left. We had a concert to go to and he ended up missing the entire thing because of this. He was shaking, pale, felt cold although was hot to the touch, sick and dizzy. I'm not 100% sure what about the food made us unwell because we've both had Katsu currys before in other restaurants and have felt completely fine afterwards. We ended up throwing up all of our food after the concert on the way back to the hotel and myself again in the hotel I can't say I'd be back because I don't want to risk either of us going through that again even if the food was nice in the moment, it just wasn't worth it

Lively, busy, basic eatery with super cute staff, very tasty meals and authentic atmosphere/ vibes. Chicken Udon & Eel Udon are very tasty and their miso soup is better than some other places! Come hungry, portions are massive.

Came here because me and my friends were craving a Japanese dinner. Upon arrival it was pretty packed, but they still managed to get us in without any wait time! Chicken katsu curry was very good, although a bit spicy (unexpected) and too filling to eat. The miso soup was very good too. It's a nice restaurant but pretty small and crowded. Service is super nice and prices are okay.

Delicious authentic katsu curry; absolutely perfect. Sushi was amazing too! Small seating area but very cosy and comfortable. Great atmosphere!

We’ve ordered the Prawns Yaki Udon, Beef Katsu Curry & mixed tempura. Udon was not bad, when you see the chef is Asian and using the Wok, everything would be okay, just the soba sauce was a bit too much covered all the flavour. (Didn’t get the Miso soup,) Beef curry yum yum! Little bit hot. Mixed tempuras are sweet potato & prawns.

Nice little place which feels a bit like in Japan. The Ramen was good. The service was in a pretty hurry with deliveries. The cleaning of the tables in the evening rush could be improved. The food was yummy.

One of the best katsu curry me and my friend has ever had! We popped in during lunch time, the place wasn’t very big but have plenty seats. Super cosy atmosphere! We ordered chicken breast katsu and pork tonkatsu, they came with miso soup. The tonkatsu was crispy and tender, curry is amazing, big portion size too. They also have a lunch deal, Definitely recommend this place, will come back soon! This is my new favourite place to eat, I also tried the seaweed salad, prawn katsu and mix tempura, so good, the tempura was so crispy!

We ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry, seaweed salad, and chicken dumplings. All the food was delicious. I would have liked to try the avacado salad and the fried rice dishes. Those looked really good!
