Have been here so many times across 4 years, portion is getting extremely little nowadays Pathetically little meat and almost none veggies
I tried the chicken tikka & salad at Subway.... The food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making the visit very enjoyable... I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Subway for the first time.... Cheers!

I ordered a baked potato with Meatball Marinara – what a disappointment. The potato, reheated for just 40 seconds, was completely cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. How is it possible that Subway can’t train their staff to prepare a baked potato properly? Although, considering previous reviews, I’m not really surprised anymore. Additionally, due to the language barrier, it’s impossible to communicate with the staff to explain the situation.
the manager tried to charge me almost 4 more pounds than she should have, horrible service, they corrected it but just after I demanded it with another staff person, it feels like she tries to scam you, awful attention, i think she should be fired immediately
Staff Harikrishnan is good behavior and very good at its work. So for him and the subway, my friends and I give 5 Stars.
Ordered a 6 inches meal deal that should costs £5.99 but then got charged £6.59 before payment. I raised the issue but then the price increased to £7.17. I ended up paying £5.99 but it took 10 minutes of arguing for a price printed on the screen. Disappointed.
Such a bad place , the most rude employees that I ever seen , two of them Standing and can’t take Correct one order with empty place , order as always this same and from beginning I can see they are doing it wrong so told them it but they didn’t Listen , the worst was short Indian girl with glasses , giving me faces when ask what I want in my sandwich, it’s not the first time I can hear they are so bad , me and my friends from work walking 5 min more and going to Lothian subway
Went there and first thing got told hurry up I haven't got time, I just asked 2 seconds ago a question, super rude ignorant staff that's tell you in the end they don't accept subway app rewards cos there stingy and greedy there prices are super inflated like it's a five star restaurant, they don't deserve the subway brand, 12 pound for a stupid subway, offer very low portions no cleanness and only care about profits will report this to subway, thank God I didn't buy anything
Cancelled my whole order on Uber Eats because they didn't have their soggy nasty Nachos for a meal deal, then took down the 3 cookie deal when I tried to reorder! The times I have managed to order from here, the food is always cold and completely falls apart as it isn't put together well. Absolute farce, will not be attempting to order from here again.
