   Went to drive through 11-12-25 lunch time for a simple order . Big mac meal and a chicken nugget happy meal and double cheese burger meal . Didn't receive the chicken nuggets in the happy meal and only realised when on the expressway after my kid started crying he couldn't find the chicken nuggets . I should have known better as it's the second time something like this has happened. Not going back

   My experience when dining in was incredible, Fraser was absolutely incredible he's hospitality was amazing felt so welcomed however even though I had to remind the staff about a few drinks not being there it was made up by Fraser and he's amazing customer service definitely will be visiting again but only because of the amazing first impression Fraser left

   Shocking service. Parked by drive-thru staff for over half an hour before going in to investigate. Manager gave me an order which was missing some items. He scurried off into kitchen and staff totally ignorant when asking to come back and look at wrong order. Staff stand with their backs to you in a passive aggressive ignorant state as though they are deaf. Head office useless offering 2 free meal vouchers.

   This is now my second review and, I am sorry, I will now never be going to this McDonalds again - once bitten twice shy. Tonight I ordered dinner for the family and I just wonder how they can get it so wrong. Part of it is lack of attention to detail but I think they just don't care when they put meals together for Just Eat deliveries. This issue is absolutely NOT Just Eats fault this time. Issues: I ordered a Large Big Mac Meal, no pickle extra Lettuce. Hardly any lettuce at all - not even a normal amount of lettuce. I suspect they just whipped the pickles off another Big Mac and used that for the order. I clearly ordered a Large meal too and I only got a medium drink. Terrible terrible service.

   Went to this McDonald's and safe to say it wasn't a nice experience, upon getting out food, the chips were pale and not cooked enough and hard in the middle. When we said to someone, they had forgotten and some time we asked again. All in all we ate our burgers due to being hungry. But it's unacceptable for your staff to be incapable of cooking chips or getting us a fresh batch. Here is a picture below of the what the chips looked like. Also there were staff sitting talking to friends while they eat their food and on the floor on their phones as well.

   Firstly I've been in here several times and the food was fine, however on this occasion I asked for assistance regarding the app to which I was told " not sure how it work" (perhaps train staff) secondly the chips we recieved were undercooked and still looked frozen my burger was fine (mcplant) the big mac had a chunk out of the bun and the kids chicken nugget were solid. Probably the worst one I've had yet very dissapointed. 2* for me

   The only reason I am not leaving a 5 star review is due to the fact that I was made to park up when collecting and I was in a rush. At first I felt inclined to leave a 3 star review but I had a really great and helpful customer service experience with a worker I believe called Jack who explained what the wait was about and kept reassuring me my food was just on its way. Thanks again Jack for being a great help would go again.

   Shame you can’t leave a zero star review - absolute shambles of a restaurant. The management clearly have no interest in this place - it’s one of the worst run businesses I’ve ever come across. Every single time (no exaggeration) your order is wrong, either items missing requested customization of items completely ignored. The drive through is pitiful, order a cheeseburger and a drink and your asked to take a parking space, twice in a row I’ve waited 20mins + FOR A CHEESEBURGER!!! Again the management have allowed just eat / Uber eats to take over and the core customer who walks in/uses the drive through is treated like dirt. Todays little issue which has resulted in me finally leaving a review is a half filled latte and a double sausage and egg muffin with only one sausage, come on McDonalds Corporate - do something about this branch!!!

   Part of our order was 2 big macs without cheese. Order arrived with 2 big macs, both with special order stickers stating "No Cheese" but both had cheese on them. Tried contacting the restaurant for over an hour but was constantly engaged. Couldn't even get a hold of the restaurant try and rectify the situation. Absolutely unacceptable, will not be using again and will be recommend to everyone I know that they don't use this shoddy restaurant any more
