   I always collect so can't comment on the delivery wait but the chips were super fresh and the prawn crackers and lovely. Curry and sweet and sour tasty. £15 for 2 adults and 2 young kids

   Had been wanting to try this place for a while now. Prices are excellent as are the portion size but food was a bit disappointing. Chow mein was a tad bland and as for being mixed vegetable well it was missing something like mushroom, onion or water chestnut. Salt n chilli chips were ok, again lacking in flavour, think I found one slice of chilli. Server was nice. Card payment accepted. Takeaway at top of stairs in what used to be the restaurant.

   I had a takeway from here 2 weeks ago and have been ill ever since. Please do not buy any food from here. Disgusting. I had no54 on your menu. The way your food has made me feel over the last couple of weeks has been so bad that you should be closed down. I will never purchase anything from you again. I should have known at the time as your place needs a good clean up.

   I waited 2 hours and had to cancel my order! This was mainly due to the poor service I received over the phone tonight! I was hung up on several times and lied to that my food was being prepared! The person answering the phone needs some training on call flows, they didn't even answer the phone to say " you are through to Aroma Hut" and told me my order was cancelled when they couldn't even tell me my address or the order number that was cancelled! What a joke, I will be avoiding at all costs now!

   We just got a takeaway for the first time from here. Customer service is deplorable and I shall not order again. Received chicken & sweetcorn soup and it tasted like warm dish water. It was flavourless. Called them up direct to ask for a replacement and was told it wasn't their problem I didn't like it. Tried to explain it was a recipe issue not a personal taste issue and asked for a replacement but was told they were too busy so they offered a free soup when I order again. Not ordering again. Shame cos the rest of the order was nice.

   One star, wish I could give it a minus 10 stars ! We ordered 2.5 hours ago ! No communication from the restaurant, we have phoned over 50 times and left 10 voicemails. Absolutely disgusting service, we have now been left hungry, disappointed, angry and completely out of pocket. In these challenging times you would think small businesses would be appreciating the support and not turning away new customers by their absolute disgusting behaviour and lack of customer service. We will be taking it further down the correct channels to peruse for our money back. Absolutely shocking. Can't believe this, I genuinely have no words. I am so so upset, angry and hungry !!
