Min zero been waiting for abou 4hr to 5hr for the rest of my order been told 15min fone back up been told 45 min and then got told 60 min and then I had to fone back up again to been told I need to wait for there to get a delivery to my bit it out of order I pay for something that I never got I wouldnt order for them again
Ordered at 00:20am. Still waiting well over an hour and a half. JustEat says it has been delivered and it hasn’t. Can’t even call as shop is now closed! Absolute joke!
Ordered just before midnight after a long shift thinking it would be quicker than than cooking, it's currently almost 3am and still no sign aside from the driver saying "15-20 minutes" 45 minutes ago
DO NOT ORDER! accepted order. Waited 1.5 hours. Worker told us delivery enroute. Total lies!!! Took my money and LIED. No delivery now 2:07am !!!!! Shop is shut. Will report this company. Day light robbery!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely scandalous, phone before shop closed and told delivery was on the way. Never arrived and took the money out my bank. This is robbery of the highest order and I will be taking this further
My order never arrived , they took my money !! We waited for 2.5 hours and on the app it was being shown that the order will arrive or they are preparing the order . When we started calling them , they didn't even pick our call. I can't even rate it one star , and even now they are not taking any calls and stuff .
If I could give less than one star, I would. I’m currently awaiting contact to request a refund as this was one of the worst deliveries I’ve ever had. Not only was one item wrong, they stored icecream with hot food, the chips were cold, and a ‘large chips & cheese’ was nothing but a half empty box with almost no cheese. The restaurant stopped answering calls and this is one of the worst places ever, do not recommend.
had a really bad experience with this place, but 5 months passed and i figured I'd give them another shot. this time I was lied to on three separate phone calls each half an hour apart. 3 hours after placing my order they aren't answering the phone any more so I've had to cancel the order. placing a complaint through uber eats
Never arrived, money was taken and never refunded. Tried to contact the restaurant around 10 times but they never answered their phone. Waited over 3 hours before ordering from somewhere else. This is appalling service, I have no hope that I will ever receive my money back. Disgusted
I wouldn’t even leave it 1 star if I could. We ordered food last night, around 11pm, delivery to be between 12:10am-12:30am. It didn’t arrive at said time, or anytime after that. After spending 2 hours trying to get through on the phone last night, I finally got a notification on my Uber eats, that said the order had been successfully delivered. Where? Is it invisible? Tried all of today to get through on the phone. Even though, it does state that they are open on both Uber eats and Just eat, someone has yet to answer the phone. Angry customer over here if you’d bother to answer the phones, any day now would be fine. Fkn plebs.
