What a great night we had last night celebrating my husbands 70th birthday. We went for buffet option which the choice was amazing. There was 19 of us and everyone enjoyed the food , something for everyone. The staff were amazing and helped make it the great night it was. Can't recommend enough for a special occasion.
Haven't sat in the restaurant and have only had takeaway from here, but the food I have had has been phenomenal every single time. The garlic chilli chicken is perfection.

This is a real indian restaurant to tickle your taste bud. We were blown away by their choice of buffet item . Vegetarian will be delighted as paneer is a option of buffet where you can't find paneer in glasgow ,dundee and Edinburgh for a buffet Starters French fries,crealy chicken soup, chicken/veg pakoda, spring roll, samosa, nepalian chilli chicken,grilled wings Mains Chicken korma, chicken kolhapuri , paneer, awesome channa masala, mushroom,paneer, Himalayan lamb was too good, noodles. Amazing garlic naan ,rice,papad,salad Dessert Cheese cake gulab jamun, ice cream with. Choice of sauce and tea/coffee.. No brainer to go...
Amazing asian restaurant. Perfect for a cozy dinner or lunch. The table buffet is available Monday to Thursday and the full course buffet on extended weekends. We tried the table buffet covering a mixed starter plate and all the items were delicious. We washed down 3 main course curries along with bread and rice with 1/2 pint beer and it cost us 33 quid. Their delicacies will not fail if you like Indian or Nepalese cuisine.
Just had dinner tonight, the amazing buffet. Been here a few times before and the food is always delicious and freshly cooked, this is definitely our go to place for a lovely meal out. I also have to say we are very well looked after when here, nothing is too much trouble, staff are so friendly, thank you Kantipur team...till the next time!!!
Got a takeaway from here, meal for 1 plus extras. Was absolutely amazing! Food was fresh and tasty, great portions too. Best Keema nan that we've had, so much meat in it. Will definitely be back again.
We always take away from here, but sat in for the first time last week and even though the resturant was quiet it was really nice. Food all fresh and tasted great. Nan breads are huge and really lovely. Will definitely sit in again. Would be good to try the buffet area, it wasnt open when we were there.
Just had a fabulous takeaway from Kantipur. Everything we had was delicious and the portions size were generous. I’m a big fan of lamb tikka and the meat was 5 stars. Will definitely come back again. Possibly eat in next time.
