   Went to tortilla for the first time today, service was absolutely exceptional, served by a wonderful member of staff who was keen to provide outstanding service no matter how busy she was. Food was good however the staff made it so much better. Props to the young girl with dark hair who served me today. Glad to see people are still willing to provide high quality service no matter how pressuring the environment is.

   I'm a regular customer for years but the way I was treated on my most recent visit was very disappointing.. I collect stamps on my loyalty card, and when I purchased 2 separate main meals and scanned my QR code I had a feeling it didn't scan properly but when I raised my concern (and my stams didn't appear, even after I finished my meal) a member of staff said "there is nothing she can do of it didn't appear". Despite other member of staff has told me the stamps would appear ,they didn't until now. It was a young girl with bright pink hair and face piercings, who was exceptionally rude and was mote interested in her phone than any customers around.

   This place did not disappoint us in London also. Loved the generous portion size and high quality Ingredients used. Plenty of vegge suitable options also. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, fuss free lunch option

   I come here often because the food is good, but far too often the main filling portions are ridiculously (laughable) small and are closer to sample sizes than a proper serving. Today, and like on previous visits, I left still hungry, which isn’t what I’d expect when paying £10–15 for lunch and leaves me feeling frustrated and robbed of what’s supposed to be a nice treat. Sorry for the 1⭐️, but sort it out. I’ve included 3 photos. Two from today and one from a previous visit which shows just how good the tacos can be if your server isn’t portioning the food like it’s coming off their wages. Updated June 2025

   It was my first visit and the food was really tasty but it felt like there wasn’t enough? I want to give the place the benefit of the doubt. I ended up getting the tres tacos thinking that it would be enough for an early lunch but the filling in the tacos was kinda skimped on. I felt that they were kinda lacking. Don’t get me wrong, they were lovely and had a great taste, would have just been a little better if it had more filling. I’m definitely going to give this place another try to try other things as the food was really tasty.

   Came here on a Saturday I believe and now I understand it was busy as it was the weekend but I was quite surprised by the line of people that were waiting to get served as most of the employees were just in a corner speaking to each other and checking their phones meanwhile their was just one poor girl who was doing all the work and yet was lovely (do not remember her name as it wasn't common but she looked Latina and spoke Spanish to some customers) I overheard her asking her colleague that was chatting away if she could refill as she was serving us and on the tills and the woman which had colourful hair and tattoos simply looked at her annoyed and pretended not to hear as then I even saw the girl serving us begin to refill! The food was great maybe a bit overpriced, I will come back again but please be fair to all the workers as I feel some might be getting mistreated by management.

   Amazing place to get food. Halal chicken but still great place to eat. They have a variety of options to choose from on the menu and staff very friendly. Food came within minutes, recommend if you want a light snack or a meal.
