Shocked and appalled having visited the toilet here after eating. If I had seen this before I had eaten I would never have stayed. Toilet seat completely broken off. No toilet paper. And excrement all over things. Disgusting and this place deserved a visit from Environmental Health Department.
My 12yo has had a few burgers in his life. So I'll leave the review in his words: "best burger ever". I had a try and he has a point. For me, I have the Scottish fry up and wow, that was exceptional too.
Nice cafe to grab a delicious breakfast. Gives you the American diner experience. The staff was friendly and service was quick.
A perfect place for an all-day breakfast. Dined here twice, will definitely come back! The shakes and chips were to die for, and my friend loved her pancakes. (Won't recommend their eggs benny though). Overall, a chill experience
This is an excellent place to eat at. The staff were all incredibly friendly. The food was incredibly delicious. I got the Full Scottish Breakfast; first time trying the haggis and it was great!! It was seasoned well and tasted great along with the other items. My family also enjoyed their meals.
Fantastic staff! Staff welcomed not only us but also our dog. really really friendly and very comfortable. One staff even brought a water bowl for my dog!!! Very touching and we really are grateful their kind service and smiling!
This was such a cute bar that we stumbled upon. Proper America diner with breakfast food served all day (Yes Please!!) Drinks were lovely, good music on the speakers and the staff were fabulous. Would hundred percent recommend if you're on The Royal Mile. On the plus side: veggie haggis. Oh, even better!
Wonderful place and very good staff! Best place in Edinburgh to have breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful! We had full veggie English breakfast, coke float which was very good would recommend to try something different! Than we had French toast which was too good! All in all would recommend to try this place out! Definitely would visit again whenever I visit Edinburgh ☺️
Had a traditional Scottish breakfast and my wife had scrambled eggs and toast. Great “black pud” and haggis. Looking forward to my next visit for porridge. Atmosphere had USA feel. Dining room is spacious with lots to look at. Great play list of music playing. Service was friendly but a little spotty.
A quick late night stop in here, nice American Diner, we had the best Nachos in here! Nice drinks menu too. Can get busy. There is also a pool table in here if it takes your fancy!
