DELICIOUSSSSS food! The bao buns are so fluffy and yummy, and the kung pao chicken was delicious too. Staff are very sweet, though they only accept cash!
Noodle portions here are very generous! A tell-tale sign of a reasonably good Chinese place is the number of Chinese speakers present - this place did not disappoint. The small venue was pretty much full during lunchtime on a weekday. Many of the patrons ordered BBQ skewered meat - I happened to do the same and this was perhaps the highlight of my meal. I saw another table order a series of main dishes to share, and it looked vibrant and fresh, thankfully not covered in your typical cornstarch sauce. I ordered the tofu + vegetable spicy noodle soup, 1 x pork skewer and 1 x chicken gizzard. The aroma and spice of the skewers complemented the steaming bowl of noodle soup. Next time, I’d try the bbq chicken wing or chicken frame, when those came out for other tables it looked very impressive. The service here was also extremely friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good, but adding friendly service on really tied the meal together. They currently only do cash or we-pay.
The hot and spicy Sichuan braise beef noodle is always my go to dish. The beef was really tender and soft. The soup is spicy and delicious. The skewer is also really nice and is a must try.
The squid with garlic sprouts is really something. The sauce's sweetness, including from the caramelised onions brings out the sweet aroma from the squid which had excellent texture. It's a very technical stir fry done well, no wonder it's so expensive The mutton skewers here is the only one where I've tasted mutton umami, it's good on the inside, but no crisp on the outside and it was way too salty as well. Second visit: Asked for no sprinkling of anything on the skewers, and both mutton and beef tendon skewers were good. This is passable even in China. Dumplings were terrible, not crispy, filling not flavourful, dough was floury as well Sea whelk stir fry wasn't good either. It's very bland, and the spring onions were still harsh. Sea whelk was a little tough from stir fry Third visit: Stir fried Garlic sprouts and pork was fine, the garlic sprouts were a little undercooked this time Beef skewer wasn't good, the ckn wing is fried, ckn heart wasn't good either, so wasn't lamb rib The rest were all good: pork belly, mutton, ckn gizzards, and esp the pig trotter was super gelatinous
One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Edinburgh. It’s really authentic! The lobster noodles are amazing! I’ve been here’s twice.
Excellent Cantonese food. They have a superb new menu, we tried two dishes from the new menu，they are very delicious and authentic. We have arranged to go back again for the lobster noodle. Yummy

Highly recommended! Very traditional flavor and will surprise you! Would recommend the Beijing Zha Jiang Noodle, Braised Beef Brisket Noodle, Lamb skewer, and Lamb Chop. Definitely would come back again!
