   Had our meal from the new Xi'an takeaway and it was brilliant! The best part was finding out it's run by a lovely family. The food was ready quickly, packed with care, and absolutely delicious.They also have options for gluten free food and vegterian food. If you're in Morningside, do yourself a favour and support this fantastic family business. You won't be disappointed! We've found our new favourite Chinese takeaway.

   Food was disappointing - black bean dish far too salty, sweet and sour chicken sauce really synthetic. Also very expensive compared to other nearby places.

   Just finished another takeaway from here. Once again it was delicious. Love the combo box,the prawn toast in it was superb,melt in the mouth. Had a seafood vermicelli main too,which was delicious. Such a good takeaway. In years of eating from here I've never had a bad dish.

   Szechuan shredded beef was ok but could've done with more spice. Overall: expensive for what we ordered. Disappointed that our request for a bag of gratis prawn crackers was refused even though we spent nearly £70. Odd when most other takeaways would make that offer as a minimum. Nothing special.

   We have been having wonderful takeaways from your restaurant for over 15 years. Recently we have had 2 takeaways on different occasions, the first time the rice wrapped prawns and the salt and pepper squid were very greasy and soggy. The second takeaway included a special chow mein, which I often get, it turned out to be a bit like dried spaghetti with little bits of meat through it, with none of the usual slices of chicken, beef or char siu, and no sauce over it. Very disappointing

   Been ordering take aways from here for years and have always been delighted with the quantity of the food. The young lady in the front desk is always very helpful and friendly which makes ordering and collecting a most pleasant experience. Recommended.

   This is now what I would describe as tasty British style Chinese food Delivered within 1 hour, during dinner time Friday night, which I really appreciate. Food was hot and tasty on arrival. I had ordered in the past and previously left critical feedback, and tonight I was completely satisfied, and more than happy with the owners receptive attitude to criticism. You have to respect that they listened to their customers. 10/10 service
