I can’t give a 0, so I’ll give 1 for sympathy. Worst place ever. Ordered through uber eats yet food hasn’t arrived after 3, 3!!!! Hours of waiting despite being advertised as 30 mins. Really can’t explain how me and my partner are frustrated.
I live just around the corner and have had food from here quite a few times. It’s always delicious, portions are good size. Friendly service. Very reasonably priced.
Do not get delivery! Drivers are rude took just under 3 hrs for food which was stone cold, called restaurant twice who sent same order out with a second driver as first driver couldn't understand english so couldn't find me. I ordered via Just eat, so they had my location exactly. I was left £18 out of pocket with food that wasn't edible. I've had food a dozen times from this restaurant and if it's hot it's tasty, but never again after my experience.
Ordered the Boneless Munchy Box today, it is a great option for a tasty and filling meal. The chicken is crispy and flavourful, and the sauce of your choice adds a nice touch. The meal also comes with prawn crackers, which are light and crunchy, making a perfect side. It’s simple, satisfying, and definitely worth trying :) really happy with my order thank you!
I made an order today for 2 people. It never arrived. The UberEats app indicated a delivery between 20:00-20:20. I called the restaurant at 20:30 to ask for an update. They apologised and said it'll be with us in 10 mins. I called again at 20:50. They said it'll be with us any minute now and that the driver is just around the corner. I called again at 21:15 asking for a refund and they said they can't give me a refund, they need to speak to their drivers first as it's impossible that I haven't received the order yet. I said to them that regardless of what the drivers say, I want a refund immediately as I haven't received anything. The individual I spoke to said that he needs to speak to his boss as he doesn't even know how to issue a refund. I asked him that he does this immediately and he said he'll and call back soon. I received a call at 21:50 by the driver who said he delivered the order to us. I said to him that it must have been delivered to someone else but it's definitely not us. Not to mention that the order was still "heading my way" on the UberEats app with estimated delivery time of 20:20 and it was 21:50 at this point. I insisted that I get a refund and that we're extremely disappointed. The driver said they'll call me back. They haven't done so yet. I also messaged the support team in UberEats, who said they'll be in touch by email. I haven't received an email yet either.
One of the worse experience I have had. I bought a salt and chilli munchiebox and it was super dry that I had to down water to digest and it had sweet chilli sauce in it.... That's the first I heard of that and the rice was so bland and rock hard dry. I felt I wasted my money.
Ordered a few times on Uber eats and the portions are always big, turns up hot, the price is great and the food tastes really good (+ decently sized pieces of chicken). It’s Perfect if you’re feeling a classic Chinese take out. They also give complementary crackers and spring rolls depending on the order total price!
2nd time I’ve ordered from them, 2nd time received the wrong, COLD item. I thought I’d give them the benefit of a doubt. Never again. Called to address the issue - guy giggled to say that the orange duck I’ve ordered is actually pineapple duck … Pure sugar, no flavour Sauce it literally corn starch and icing sugar with some squash - horrible- straight to the bin. Food is absolutely inedible. We ended up having a sandwich for dinner Also arrived 1h later than estimated- not cool. Avoid avoid avoid
