   I visited on 16/12/2025 during lunchtime and was extremely disappointed. A man who identified himself as the manager, Mr Sanjay, behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. What was most disturbing was the way he spoke to two young female staff members working at the back of the house. They were clearly doing their jobs, yet were spoken to with complete disrespect. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the business. Management seriously needs to provide proper training in basic communication and staff management. It was a shameful experience and not something I would expect from a well known brand.

   Food itself was good. But the cashier was quite blunt and rude. I think her name was Sumera if I'm not mistaken. But oh well we all have bad days so it's ok.

   German Doner Place offers a decent doner experience. The meat is freshly shaved, and the ingredients taste fresh. While not exceptional, the quality is reliable for a quick and satisfying meal. A solid choice if you're looking for a standard European doner.

   My first time in German Doner Kebab, and it was lovely. I ordered a gym box and a Diet Coke, and the food came fresh with homemade sauces, everything for around 10 pounds. The lady who took my order was amiable with a big smile.

   Just finished our coco kebabs. We have been many times in Lothian road, st James. But it’s one at Waverley has THE best consumer service, always friendly and the tastiest kebabs ;) always warm! Here we were never disappointed!!! Great place! St James in our opinion is at the end of our choices.

   Love this place, the food is always fresh and super tasty! The cocktail was delicious and you can get stein's here! Staff are always polite and friendly and the place is clean and well decorated!

   No customer service I ask 4 meals with chilly fries and only got 1 meal when ask he rudely said I not charge give me £1.50 I give salt this is no way to talk customers

   Very good food and comes with plenty of sauces. Polite and fun staff. I would recommend always go for REGULAR option! LARGE is totally NOT worth it, paying 50% extra you get about 10% extra content, total rip off.
