   Had a great first visit to Leith Depot last night. Great atmosphere, really friendly and helpful staff, clean toilets and fab food. Prices were reasonable too. The Firecracker Cauliflower was bloody incredible, genuinely one of the best things I’ve eaten in ages (if the chef reads this, I’d kill for your recipe!). The Club Night in the venue space great too. Fab place, would definitely recommend.

   Place: It’s a bit on the small side, and seating can feel a little tight, but overall it’s a pleasant and cozy spot. Service: The staff were genuinely lovely — super friendly and really accommodating. Everyone in our group mentioned how kind and attentive the servers were. Food: The halloumi and avocado salad was fantastic — fresh and full of flavour. I tried the Korean filthy chips, which turned out to be more like thick potato wedges. They weren’t bad, just not quite what I expected. Prices: Very fair pricing for both the quality and portion sizes. Conclusion: A great little place that I’d happily visit again.

   Place: Small space and tight quarters but a nice spot overall. Service: Super friendly staff, very accommodating - our whole crew commented on it afterwards just how sweet the servers were here. Food: Excellent - the halloumi and avocado salad was perfect. I had the Korean filthy chips, likely wouldn't order that again as they were more of a wedge / bigger potato pieces. Not bad just not what we anticipated. Prices: Well priced, especially for the quantity and quality. Conclusion: Nice restaurant that I would absolutely come back to.

   Was here for an event then a late lunch. Their function room can perhaps comfortably house 30 people at most. It can get a bit stuffy, even in the winter months. On a Sunday, their kitchen may close at either 3 or 4 pm, check with bar staff. Also you probably want to reserve a table as the local demand varies. On the day friends and I decided to stay for a late lunch, staff were accommodating even though our numbers changed a couple times. It wasn’t busy though, mind. I went for their veggie breakfast with scrambled eggs. Even though it took a while to arrive, it arrived hot and nicely cooked. I particularly enjoyed their veggie haggis. Will be back to try other things on the menu. Friendly service.

   Met a friend here for a pint on a Friday night. The place was bouncing - there was a gig on in their next door venue. Service was fantastic, choice of beers brilliant. I like a Guinness, but I went for an independent pint - Dark Black - I think it was called. Lovely stuff.

   Delicious food, not too expensive. Vegan and vegetarian friendly! The waiters were so nice and service was quick. There was also live music which was so good. Only thing is, it gets quite loud, but that’s a given for most pubs and restaurants. If you have any sensory issues, I definitely recommend noise reducing headphones. There’s a bathroom, which was clean and decorated very cool.
