Food is nice but avoid ordering online and delivery. Ordered food at 6.56 pm and got delivered around 9.00pm even the takeaway is 5-7 mins away. After several calls all i got was sorry and an offer of cancellation. Never order anything online and try to collect it from takeaway
Ordered, chicken chowmein and, chicken wings. Absolutely disgusting went straight in the bin. I will never use this place again, only reason I tried it was because my Hubby went next door to Taco Bell, wish I had too, woman serving eating noodles while serving & answering the phone. Food was a plate of salt, solid over cooked wings, dry frozen chicken probably cheap rubbish from Farmfoods. AVOID
Food is ok, but ordering from the app :( Order around 7. ETA 90 minutes, that's long but not end of world. Call them after half 8. To be told app doesn't go beyond 90 minutes. You're another twenty. Call in 40. Yeah your order is on way. 2+ hours. My eldest starts work at 6 am tomorrow. Order at 7, finish 'dinner' at 22:15. Just not anywhere near good enough. An app which has no feedback on delivery times etc, sigh. If we use again, it'll be collection only & order at desk. Bet that is miles quicker.
Waited 2 hours for my meal. Called after 1hr was told 20mins more. They could at least be honest and tell me another hour i could have gone elsewhere. Been using dpr 10 years will be looking elwewhere
Been using this takeaway for years now, favourite dish is special chow mien with gravy. Well it was until today, from placing my order in shop it was handed to me in literally 3 minutes. Got home to find the dish was missing the pork ,chicken and beef. Noodles were awful and had clearly been cooked before order was placed. Meal was disgusting sorry for being so frank . Seriously rank.
Used A1 wok for years, ordered a delivery through just eat and the order came within a good time frame, serving the meal to kids and noticed that a bug was mixed in with the noodles, called up to make a complaint and was told to bag it up and a driver would collect. instead we took it to the shop ourselves and known to be a regular customer the the girl on the desk couldn't have been more apologetic and notified us that a full refund would be made, 5 days later this has still not been paid back, also was informed the manager would call the next day as he or she was not in on this occasion, 4 days later still no feedback either. Will never use this place again.
I was told at 7pm delivery would be an hour. I phoned at 8.30 to find out if it was on the way and was told 20mins. We got delivery at half 9. Would've been fine if we'd been told about the long wait from the start. About the food. Rice ok, curry sauce good. Don't know what the meat was but it wasn't chicken. Never again.
