We had heard a lot about this place, so we decided to book it for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. The quality of the steak was excellent delicious and cooked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back again.
We had the most delicious food. All served by attentive staff. The wine list was good value. If you love steak perfectly cooked with mouth watering sauces this is a must visit. I would have given it 5star except it was rather cold in the area we sat, so the food got cold before we could eat it all, and I had to sit with my scarf on.

I ordered the Falcons Famous Dipster Steak Sandwich and the death by chocolate cheese cake, it was amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly and was soooo tasty. The cheesecake was incredible, my mum had to say “Benjamin stop licking the plate”. We couldn’t fault a single thing!! Thank you.
Absolutely wonderful experience for Sunday lunch today. I am a wheelchair user and the restaurant rang me this week prior to my reservation and asked if they could send a video regarding access, which is tremendous. It's something I've not come across at an independent restaurant before in 33 years, and I encourage more businesses to do it. My friend and I had the Sunday best platter. This is advertised for 2 people. My friend finished his: I brought half of mine home, as well as the desserts that we brought home included in the price. So be ready for a large plate of food! Everything was absolutely delicious, I particularly enjoyed the cauliflower cheese. The photos here are before the application of gravy, which was automatically refilled when it got low! The staff were extremely kind and ready to offer help, opening doors and moving unoccupied tables and chairs out of the way to make things easier. All in all, I am very glad I made the journey and shall be returning soon, thank you all at The Falcon.
Absolutely amazing food Me and my husband had the sharing platter Two beautiful starters.. I had bbq chicken tenders.. which lived up to their name so tender We then shared a 18 oz steak with 4 regular sides 2 large sides Everything had amazing flavour, the steak was so tender melted in your mouth and we took two puddings home Great price for what we had & the staff were super friendly When we ordered they asked us if it is was a special occasion which we said no just child free meal out.. they did a little plate that said child free club what a lovely little touch Clean toilets, easy enough to park Def will be returning!!
Never have I been happier to have the excuse of eating for two.. because oh my, the portion sizes. Yes it’s pricey but you sure get your monies worth, not only in quantity but in quality. The food was absolutely fantastic, even though I had to have my fillet steak well done due to being pregnant (which they were more than happy to accommodate, lots of places turn their noses up at this request) my husband had a medium rare fillet steak which looked beautiful. The chips were also delicious. Now, the desserts.. perfection, maybe the best sticky toffee pudding I’ve had in a restaurant. Get yourself booked in because they’re very busy even on a Monday night in a cost of living crisis!
I booked a table for 2 for Saturday lunchtime. The meat with mushroom sauce was excellent (they have a well-deserved quality award), as the rest of the food we ordered as well. I loved the dessert i had, chocolate cheesecake with vanilla ice cream. We will eat here again when we have a family event, for sure our family will love it.
Booked for the lunchtime burger deals. What can I say, absolutely superb. The hospitality and atmosphere of The Falcon is second to none and the food quality is outstanding. I'm pleased to report this was the nicest meal out I have had since the pandemic. Well done to all the team.
First time for me at the falcon steakhouse and it will definitely not be the last. Perfect atmosphere and great service from the staff. Me and my partner shared a chateaubriand each picking 3 sides to accompany the meal. Wow, unbelievable truly an amazing steak. There was also a trio of desserts that we shared. This isn't the cheapest of places but the quality and the experience as a whole makes it well worth a visit. Booking a table is definitely recommended though.
