   Been a newlook customer for well over 20 years plus ( Ocean terminal days ) always buy from new loook , but unfortunately this store at fort is an absolute shambles.. it’s like being at a jumble sale trying to find sizes , or customer or worker moves 1-2 items to another part of shop and when you ask where could I get these they look at you if you were asking a hard question!! I bought few pairs of sandals and shoes , I put sandals on In shop and were fine , ( my mistake for not waking round for 5 minutes ) I put these on next day with outfit and the left sandal was faulty strap as kept sliding down my heel the right shoe was perfect, I went I. To rectify this and all I got was a cheeky 20 odd years old telling me that she didn’t think shoe was faulty , I took my shoes off and showed her when I walked for a few moments the back strap would fall down , but still Miss attitude still says nope to an exchange I did go onto ask to speak with manager only to be told she’s. Not in ( Saturday ) and that she was in charge , all I got was proper attitude, my own children don’t speak to me like this , I did go on to say to her that her attitude was. Absolutely disgusting , and in midst of me taking to her she shouted next for the next customer , even the customer was shocked , I have never been so embarrassed, I now stay well clear of new look at fort , and go to Cameron toll were the staff are more than happy to help , it’s like night and day!! I don’t spend much money in new look now , I would rather pay that extra from river island and get treated with way more respect and a smile ,

   Really good shop, they have a big selection of clothes and they are good quality and a low price. The staff were pretty friendly, but not the friendliest place I've been to be honest. The fitting room has lots of cubicles but they aren't individually very spacious.

   Great store to shop in plenty room and good selection. Nice atmosphere and free parking at door . Only problem with Straiton retail park not enough pedestrian crossings from one side to another and walk ways between carparks . I had to physically stand in front of traffic to get me and others over road raining not a car would stop terrible driver considering

   Currently standing in a queue with 23 people in it. Two people on tils and two supervisors and another member of staff laughing and dancing at back of shops. Get to the tils and help your staff. Disgrace!!
