Popped into the shop just to look and found a couple of lovely tops. The ladies serving were so helpful, shopping made easy.
I visited the store on the afternoon of Friday, 4th July. The staff could not have been more helpful. They were just amazing and gave me fantastic advice. Thanks to their help I will shop at this store again and it will be my first stop when I need new clothes. Brilliant!
I placed a telephone order from a different Whistles store and am delighted with the service I received. The lady on the telephone was helpful and professional and the item arrived by courier the next day. Super impressed.

I love the quality and style of Whistles clothes, which seem to suit my shape more often than other brands in the same price range. However the best feature of Whistles is the staff who (in the Edinburgh store at least) are always friendly, helpful and informative. Special call out for Penny L who today went above and beyond to find me the trousers I was looking for.

The staff in this store are exceptional, with special mention to Jean and Susan. I haven't shopped in store for years until recently and have been into this store many times in the last month for advice. Even though it has sometimes not resulted in a sale, the staff have been so helpful and kind, giving suggestions, searching the stockroom and generally going above and beyond the call of duty in helping me find suitable items. When I complimented the Manager on her lovely staff she was genuinely delighted for them.
Contender for the worst shop I’ve visited on George street. I’ve been in a handful of times looking for gifts for my wife and on each visit I’m completely ignored by the staff. Is it because I’m a man? Do I look dodgy? Who knows.. I was finally approached today after 10 minutes of browsing their lovely collection by a staff member who seemed upset that I had interrupted her hoovering. Whatever, I won’t be back which is a shame because my wife likes their stuff.
My wife swears by the quality of clothes here and I have to say the clothes look lively on her. Friendly staff as well.
