   Recently, my experience at the Edinburgh store has been terrible. Unfortunately, this has made me not look forward to visiting this store anymore. The last visit felt extremely unwelcoming. I am uncertain, but i think it was because I ordered a purchase online as opposed to in person through a sales associate. Coming to the store should be an inviting/exciting experience.

   Excellent Customer Service from Callum I had an issue with a Max Mara coat that got damaged despite following the care instructions. Callum handled my complaint professionally and efficiently. He listened to my concerns, took the matter seriously. Great customer service like this makes a huge difference – I truly appreciate it.

   the edinburgh store is beautiful but it needs a staff at least polite, they are rude, arrogant and lazy! the only one who saves the store is a salesman the saleswomen especially an lady ...is not able to work in the commerce, very arrogant and rude. I won't be back! I buy just online now.
