Mambreen was absolutely lovely! She was so sweet, kind, and welcoming from the moment I got to the till. Really bad experience. I wanted to pay at the till nobody was there. The store assistant was taking her sweet time and having a laugh and serving the other customer, assisting her for perfume. You definitely can't do both jobs, serving and managing the till. When I said I am getting late, her behaviour wasn't good. Never going to come back.

went for daughters earpiercing. booked in advance online. reminder email and text sent so i didnt forget. given the option to move slot if needed. lots of earring choices available, bit pricier than some places but very friendly and knowledgeable staff
Polite and helpful staff, one of the most highly clean and organized shops I have been in for a long time, it smelt really pleasant in there too. Bought some accessories as a gift. Reasonably priced and good quality merchandise. Highly recommend this store A great team of staff worthy of recognition from senior management.
