   Unhelpful staff. No one was at checkout when I asked she sighed and said use self checkout but it wasn't working. Then when I asked her to price match my item she refused. Even though the sale specifically said it included in-store, and it was out of stock online. I've never had staff not honour the price or be so rude about doing work. Why bother.

   Worst place and experience, store closes at 8 pm, Mens and kids fitting rooms close by 6:30 and only women's section is open till 7 pm. No proper customer service, lifts in store for elderly and disabled doesn't work, no one to help them to get up or get down the few steps stairs. Found staff very rude.

   H&M. Reasonable priced clothing retailer. Good range of clothes and accessories. Usually swift service but not in Prince's Street, Edinburgh. I am glad they pay the staff by the hour and not customers served as it was awful. Busy Saturday afternoon with only one till working in the men's section. Each person served took forever if not completely bungled (which I observed a couple of times). Also watched someone attempt to take the loyalty card, standing for over 5 minutes while the queue got longer and longer. So, good selection of clothing, absolutely awful customer care.
