Harvester is one of the few british restaurants which nevers disappoints me.. Have to to this snuff mill harvester for the first time.. the indoor is nice.. the staffs are super nice.. The unlimited salad is also great.. Main courses are nice as well.. the service time was on the higher side byt they called out that clearly at the start and restaurant was 85% full so the delay in service was easily understood..

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love salad bar that is kept stocked all the time. Nicely spaced seating. No loud music so conversation is easy. The food was enjoyable and reasonably priced, especially since with every main there is no restriction to the salad bar.

I waa very dissapointed with harvester l feel likw their food quality has dropped even though they increased their prices. Services was slow, salad bar empty around 6pm l had to scrap the empty trays.l orderes tacos thats new on their menu l was dissapointed .I was servws cold tacos its mixing the mexican spices ,not even a tiny bit of chilly more sweet rather.chips not crisp but warm.l asked the waiter if they where served cold she said its ment to be hot she apolodgises gave me free pudding l ordered brownie again came warm the ice cream couldnt even melt. What a waste of my money.overall it cost me just below Β£20 including drinks.

βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ We had a lovely experience celebrating my friendβs birthday! Katie was really good β her service was friendly, attentive, and professional. She even surprised us with an ice cream topped with candles, which made the evening extra special. Great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere

Had a fantastic time this evening. My last experience here was awful a few years ago. But this time, it was honestly great. Phoebe was our server she was rushed off her feet but still took the time to make us feel welcome. She is an amazing addition to this restaurant. The restaurant was totally full when we arrived so service was not fast but actually I preferred that as it's a beautiful restaurant. Considering how busy it was, it did not detract from the quality and presentation of our meals. I recommend you definitely book in advance and get their app as you can get some good deals that way. Disabled access is fine to the first section of the restaurant, but towards the back due to the building, there are a few clearly visible steps so let them know as they have areas of easy access so all can enjoy. The whole restaurant has been renovated to a lovely theme of the Bristol suspension bridge. This is a solid ten out of ten for quality atmosphere and service.

To start with its only fair to say that I love the Harvester brand. I like what it does and I like that I can expect a certain standard whichever venue I eat in. Sadly, after visiting this restaurant on 1/3/23, I will be looking at other options in the future. My party of 6 had booked for 8 o'clock, it was well over an hour after we ordered that the food arrived. Now I appreciate that service was underway and the restaurant had many covers, but not enough to warrant a wait of that duration. Nevertheless, my party and I made good use of the famous salad bar which, when requested, was replenished with fresh items. It's a good job we used the salad bar to supplement our, what can only be described as, awful meal. When our food finally arrived, and I'd like to say thank you to our lovely waiting staff, items were missing, cold or both on each plate. We reported this at the earliest opportunity to the serving staff, who very efficiently, went about getting the missing items. Unfortunately, the wait to receive all the missing items meant that most of the food had gone cold now. At this point the meal was over with 6 very disappointed people still pretty hungry. It's now an hour and 45 minutes after our booking started. We were waiting to speak to the manager, who was clearly busy with other customers, to voice our concerns. It would seem that there were many issues within the restaurant that evening. We spoke to the manager when she was free, unfortunately I didn't get her name, who handled our complaint calmly and professionally. Clearly this was not the first (and I'm presuming not the last) complaint of this nature that evening. The manager and the serving team were lovely and completely let down by the kitchen staff. How food was allowed to leave the kitchen with items missing and more importantly, at an unsafe temperature is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. It's a real shame because in this era of getting good value for money, food wastage and cost of living, Harvester let themselves down immensely. Thanks to an excellent host who wrote our bill of over Β£130 off, it was greatly appreciated as was your apologies. I hope Harvester get this right for all customers and staff who have to endure these experiences.

We had an amazing time, very impressed with hygiene, food, and service, a special thank you to Natalie, our server, who made our meal enjoyable and was very helpful due to allergies and made a long due meal remarkable memorable. Food was excellent and ambience was great. Thank you for the front house staff for the seat adjustment being able to sit by the pond, thank you all. βΊ

We had breakfast/lunch @ Snuff Mill Harvester Bristol! I would not recommend! I had build your own breakfast, and everything was "burned to death",not grilled! The other meal was pork belly, again " burned to death " Both dishes came out like charcoal! The server ask everything is alright with the meals?I said no is nothing is alright because is burned! But we will eat it, because we hungry, and we waited a long for the food! Even the server said, sorry for the wait!!! Anyway nothing was offered to "make it right", Or to compensate! I would NOT recommend that place!!! And the person who cooked those meals, shouldn't calling him or herself a chef!!!! Harvester should look for a new head chef!!!

Evening meal with hubby. Food was just ok. Chicken had no flavor and the ribs didn't have much sauce, the food was hot and I was hungry so I ate it. Are server Ralph was attentive, well spoken, and happy to help.

First time going out to a Harvester since before 2019. Decided to go back for my wedding anniversary meal. First off greeted by a man who was really pleasant, then our server Sarah P was pleasant, helpful and very friendly and made the anniversary meal a truly memorable one. The table was clean, the food was well presented and cooked perfectly, salad bar was cleaned and stocked with fresh items. Chocolate fudge cake to die for... As we were leaving much later the gentleman remarked have a lovely anniversary which ended the night perfectly. Truly five star service.
