   I think it was the worst service ever. First, there was a little delay in answering (maybe they thought I wouldn't buy anything) when I chose what I wanted, I didn't have the size, ok. Then I chose another one and it took a while to find the other pair (you can already see the disorganization there) when I went to pay there was no Burberry bag or any other brand, they had to move to get another old bag . From the beginning I warned that it was for a gift, so when this bag arrived they simply put the box of the priced sneakers in the bag (it was for a gift, you don't give a gift with a price). Due to the confusion of the employees themselves I asked for the money back and then the manager came and questioned me and refunded me the amount. I went to another store where I found the same sneakers and was super well attended. House of Phrases is a store of expensive things, the least it should have was more qualified professionals for the service and more organization among the employees as well.

   We visited Burberry in Edinburgh twice in the week that we were there. We were helped both times by a gentlemen called George. He was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and made us feel very comfortable in the store. Couldn’t recommend enough!
