Great meal here on Saturday night, the last time we were here was the opening night so that was quite some time ago, food was very tasty, well presented and more than reasonable , plenty on the drinks menu too. The waiter was helpful and easy to get along with, great relaxed atmosphere and nice to see the restaurant busy.
Lunch menu is excellent value. My wife and I shared a hummus starter then each had a main (chicken shish, grilled lamb chops; both with salad and chips). With a soft drink and a large glass of house wine the bill came to £35 (excluding service). Portions were generous without being excessive. Service was prompt and friendly. Would happily go back next time we’re in Bristol.
Love this place. Spacious, attentive staff and delicious food at a great price. Recommend ordering the takeaway if you don’t feel like dining in because it’s always great and they have never ever get our order wrong!
I went expecting this restaurant to be an English take off serving average food and how wrong I was. As someone who has eaten the dishes on the menu for many years in the countries of origin I was raising the bar high for all the flavours in my meal. Moussaka. I wasn't let down, Served in a bowl with a separate plate with chips and salad. The moussaka with a rich sauce surrounding it, was excellent! The sauce acting like a dip for some chips. Baklava for dessert was served with Ice cream. This is a must try, truly delicious! The staff were excellent, polite and courteous. At the time of visiting the restaurant it was quite quiet and I hope by the time I return for another meal, more seats get filled and more people share how good this restaurant is. Excellent!
Great little find which we popped into because Porto Lounge around the corner was full. Good value and good portion sizes. Very attentive staff and lots of space. Would highly recommend going abs will certainly visit again if we are in the are
Polite and helpful staff, lovely covered back garden area. Food was tasty and well presented, good atmosphere as well. The Moussaka was amazing, definitely would recommend a visit.
