   This is my first time at Bella Italia and overall I found it to be an overall good experience, let’s start with the negative, the restaurant was mostly clean apart from some left over salt on some of the tables and a little on the floor but that’s it for negative. For the positive, my waitress Simin was amazing, checking in on me, asking if the food was ok, etc and the food itself was very nice, no complaints there at all and the music in the place was very nice as well, in total I would definitely come again. UPDATE: I went back to Bella Italia a few days ago 05/12/25 and I was served by Dannielle and despite meatballs no longer being on the menu they made them for me anyway, the manager was especially kind, the restaurant was immaculate and topped with an array of wonderful Christmas decorations. Between reviews I've regularly been going back every Friday and I'm always satisfied, definitely deserving of 5 stars.

   We came for the Katsu Carbonara which was AMAZING! I had an email which offered the dish for £1 each, for one day only. We booked online and put this as our note. When we arrived we got greeted and seated by Simin. She was aware of our notes and put our food on order straight away which was a nice touch. Great service from Simin, very attentive and we’d be back ☺️

   We came for an A-level results meal and Dannielle looked after us brilliantly. We didn't feel rushed between courses and the food was all really hot and tasty. The rest of the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was bubbly but not too loud. A great place for a family meal and nice cocktails and mocktails too

   Visited Bella Italia at Bristol cribbs, sat outside as with dog. Plenty of spaces. Had contacted the team prior to see if dog friendly and such lovely friendly emails. Thank you. Friendly service team, kindly provided high chair and kids activities. Good service times, and food really good. Definitely worth a visit.

   Firstly, the kids meals were EXCELLENT. Good size, loads of inclusion, great price. My daughter got a Pepperoni pizza, and starters, salad, drink and dessert for £8! Bargain. But when our adult meals came out, they were laughable. My Pepperoni pizza was EXACTLY the same size as my daughter's. My wife's spaghetti was about 1/2 cup of pasta. We were both so hungry that we rushed home and cooked pasta at home! Not even joking! Given we paid full ticket for the meals, we were extremely disappointed. It's a shame because as soon as we saw the kids meals we said "we'll definitely come here again"... Not anymore. The meals were so small I really did wonder if they made a mistake. They would have been small for kids meals. It was comical.

   Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. The high standard menu is the same as other outlets, with a good range of vegetarian options, as well as offers to "make it vegan" on some items. The food is beautifully prepared and presented. Good choice of drinks. The menu caters well for children with child friendly options. Nice atmosphere in a clean environment. Plenty of parking space with disabled parking and access available.

   First time we had ever eaten here. We came on a Saturday evening without reservation and they seated us straight away. The service was excellent and the food exceeded our expectations! We had the tomato bruschetta, mushroom crostini and the pollo cacciatore.

   Very friendly staff and such delicious food. The atmosphere was very nice and the overall restaurant look was so pretty! We had a bit of a struggle with my card but the staff was very understanding and patient. Also the cocktails are so so yummy! Will definitely be coming back.
