   I went in on Wednesday 24 May and was helped by Heather. The store wasn't busy while I was there and in addition to excellent service from Heather, we also had a nice wee chat and a couple of laughs. She had informed me of the current in-store promotion on shoes shortly after I arrived in the store and then advised me on the fit of a Fjallraven jacket which I ended up purchasing and received 10% off as I signed up for email updates. Heather is super friendly and personable, customer orientated, and a credit to Nevisport. Although the store is small, it carries great brands and great prices and if Heather is there when you go in, you're sure to get 10/10 customer service. Thanks Heather!

   Visited Nevisport in Avimore and Glasgow but this outlet in Newcraighall in Edinburgh does not carry as much stock selection wise. Not easy to find as it's in the Trespass shop. Parking easy as it's in a retail park.

   The shop is not where it shows on Google Maps. Google also says it is open till 7pm on Saturday. It is not, it closes at 6pm. Wasted journey based on incorrect Google entry.

   Awful retailer I phoned and asked for goods to be set aside for me to collect. Went to the shop no goods were left for me and no apologies ... so much for customer service. Will never go there again. I went to GO Outdoors and they were really helpful
