I was pretty disappointed with my visit to Pret A Manger. I actually spotted a fly on the food behind the counter which was really off putting. In the picture I’ve included, you can see the fly circled in red, and in the video you can see it moving for confirmation. For a company as big as Pret I would have expected better food hygiene and maybe even a fly catching machine in place. It definitely wasn’t a great look for the cafe. On a brighter note, I did really enjoy the raspberry lemon drink. It was super refreshing, nicely balanced, and just what I needed to cool down a bit. The tuna pita was okay, but slightly on the drier side. The vegetables inside were fresh though, and it had a nice crunch which was good. Whoever wrapped it up didn’t do the best job as the pita started to unfold as soon as I took it out of the packaging which was a bit frustrating. Overall it was edible but definitely could have been handled better.

This my favourite Pret shop. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The staff here make the best iced mochas out of all the other Prets I have been to. The shop is always clean and the tables are always cleared of old cups and trays.

After trying to get food at John Lewis (understaffed, confused signage, nothing happening) we went straight to Pret. It was busy at midday on a Saturday but we were served in seconds. The soup was delicious and hot, the sandwiches were decent and fresh. We easily found a table with comfortable seating. I may be a bit ungenerous with my rating for Atmosphere, but it is a busy coffee shop with a lot of people moving around.

Great quality food, friendly and efficient service. I had an avo and egg breakfast baguette, with tea. Very nice.

Visited today ( 14th March 2023 ) at lunchtime. Was looking to identify gluten free products. The young guy behind the counter came around to point out the gf items. He also checked out another item on their data base for us. Extremely polite, patient and helpful. I wish I had made a note of his name to make certain he gets some recognition for his excellent customer service. Will visit again soon.

Nice place to have a coffee and a cake, or a quick bite to eat. Food is fresh and there is a good variety or food on offer. Always friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. Lots of seating available inside and outside by the fountain. Good prices, always favour coming here over anywhere else. Great with the subscription where you can have up to 5 hot/cold drinks a day for £25 a month.

Great selection of sandwiches and other food, although needs to do a cheese and ham toastie option without mustard. Was very busy though was lunchtime Saturday so expected and the servers were pretty efficient.

Still incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Menu has slimmed down a little with more emphasis on veggie and vegan, sometimes too much and seemingly pushing a vegan agenda. What food there is is generally the usual excellent pret quality, but the choice just isn't there if you don't want veg/vegan options.

I had to leave a review as I had the Quickest, and friendliest experience at a coffee shop every… today, baring in mind it’s a Saturday and it was so busy everywhere, I was in the shop no more than 3-5 minutes. But the service was like I said the best I’ve received in a coffee shop. From taking my order, to the barrister handing me the drink, all served with a smile, and the tastiest hazelnut latte! Thank you!
