Excellent selection of quality footwear and very helpful, professional & friendly staff My favourite shoe shop
Great selection of Men's shoes at the standard high street prices. They have a vast selection, especially for those of us with larger feet - both length and breadth, in my case - and you know you are buying from a long established British business, which gives an added sense of value, in my opinion. I always find the staff welcoming and helpful and it has the traditional feel of the old Clarks shoe stores I remember in the late 80s, early 90s, when they used to be top rate. I have bought from the Charles Clinkard website too and, again, they have a decent selection of size 13 plus, wide-fitting shoes. I definitely recommend a visit when you're in Kirkcaldy.

Lovely selection of shoes and at reasonable prices, the shop is well organised however staff let it down. I went with my daughter to buy her first ever pair of walking shoes. As you can imagine I was super excited however the service I received was average at best. Sales assistant wasn't particularly pleasant, she was borderline rude. My daughter has "very wide" feet which seemed to be an inconvenience and at 13months didn't want to sit still, which seemed to exacerbate the situation. To top if off while I was paying at the till she moaned to her colleague about all the kids appointments coming that weekend (I was buying kids shoes). Not sure if I would visit again which is a shame. Such an important experience, let down by the staff.

10/10 my 9yr Granddaughter was treated as should be (even during this awful covid)unlike a big high street shop! Measured her feet properly/ checked width/walking bought with confidence a pair of lovely patent boots that's she loves for winter Will recommend
