   Massive thank you to Josie from customer care! I messaged with a query about a car seat base and had a very fast response! Josie gave me a link to the correct base and as soon as I confirmed that I had placed my order- Babyland warehouse had already packaged, shipped and emailed me tracking information! Josie then confirmed with another email! Fantastic customer service♡ Thank you all so much for your help!

   Absolutely fantastic customer service. We purchased an ex display pram online which was delivered just two days later. We were kept fully updated and a reply to a query I had was replied to the same day. Obviously packaged with care and in perfect condition. Cannot fault Babyland. Highly recommend! We will certainly have a visit to the shop if we’re ever nearby!

   We had a great time looking round Babyland and getting to see all the pram’s in person. There was a huge range of brands, styles and prices! Once we found one we liked the staff were so helpful in giving us a demonstration of how it all worked. We also got to try the pram out for ourselves to make sure it would be a good fit for us. Very happy with our purchase! Was really impressed that the store also price matched all the items we bought. We ended up getting a discount on the pram we wanted and a baby blanket because the brand had reduced their prices. There is also a massive upstairs part to the shop with loads of other nursery items. We had a lovely wander around and were able to pick up some other items we were missing. Would 100% recommend this store to everyone!!

   Went to Babyland and had such a fantastic experience. They had everything you could ever imagine. I’m a first time Mum and was so grateful for the guidance and suggestions! We found our dream pram for more than 50% off! We had a lovely lady do a demonstration for us on how to use the pram and set it all up. We then received an incredible free gift with beautiful baby goodies and even got help putting our new purchases in the car. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much.

   Love the shop, have been multiple times throughout my pregnancy and the service is always great & staff are very helpful. We decided on our pram today very close to the dead line - as we are due in January! But even with that in mind the service was great and the women could not be more helpful and honest and done her best to make sure we got the pram we wanted! Once we paid the deposit and bought a few things we were even gifted a little bag containing some absolutely adorable baby things! Very pleased and will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a pram.

   Our experience buying the pram was fantastic. I wasn’t intending to buy our pram yesterday when we visited but we couldn’t not after the amazing service that we received and huge discount that we were given on the pram. I had been between several for the past few weeks but the service we received made it very easy to make my final decision once having a great demo. We will be back to buy our cot, bath products and Moses basket.

   We visited Babyland for the first time last weekend to purchase our first pram and we were amazed at how good the shop was with so much to choose from. We spent a while looking at the prams and then also spent a while looking round everything else around the shop too. The customer service was great. Maureen helped us when we were looking at the prams, she gave us some advice and helped us try out the pram we liked, there was also no pressure of having to buy one. Our pram was ordered and will be delivered nearer the time that we need it. Also the little outfits and hats sold in store are beautiful. On leaving the shopping we were given a nice little gift for our baby too which is such a nice gesture and this made us feel valued as customers. Thank you. We will definitely be back
