The worst attempt at customer service in the Mercat. Staff forever cba serving,everytime i go there. they'd rather stand at the end & gossip. Highly recommend the area manager or such do spot checks on them or get staff from the Dunfermline branch to come & teach them. Only gets a star for being open.
Staff here are so nice take time to go find what your looking for,always have a smile for everyone
The shop is situated in the Mercat Shopping Centre ..a very nice shop .. good verity of clothes for everyone..ladies go up to a size 22..there are fittingroom to the back of the shop..also sells handbags ..shoes .. accessories and nit naks...the staff are always very pleasant and helpful ..worth a visit..
