Very disappointed with this Indian takeaway. The food arrived cold, which completely ruined the meal. On top of that, there was a long wait for the order to arrive, far longer than the estimated time. For the price, I expected much better service and quality. Wouldn’t order from here again.
Always great food, thank you, love it! Have tried everything in the area and much prefer Rice and Spice. Sometimes you gotta wait a little longer for a delivery but hey ho I don't mind that. Always friendly when I pop in the shop. Keep up the good work.
I use to really like this food but not anymore, I won’t be ordering again, my order was due at 6.40. I asked for an update 3 times at 6.55 and 7, but didn’t receive any update so I rang the restaurant, got passed to speak to another lady, she told me that it would be delivered in 15 minutes as the delivery driver had left at 6.30, still no food at 7.25 so I rang again and was passed on again to speak to the same lady and she was going to ring the delivery driver and ask how long and ring me straight back, she didn’t ring me, the food arrived at 7.40, exactly a whole hour late and not even an apology, I won’t be ordering again.
Was a massive fan of this restaurant. The food used to be bang on. I dont know what changed, weather it was greed or what. What I will say i ain't paying 10 pound per meal. All the best.
Don’t order from here! I had to wait 2.5hrs for delivery. The food arrived cold and was bland and tasteless. The delivery driver and person on the phone (when they bothered to answer) took no accountability and were useless.
Twice now I have ordered and not shown up never ordering from here again as they promised it was a one time only mistake!!!!!!!
Absolutely ridiculous. Waited 4 hours for a takeaway. Spoke too somebody on the phone and they were very rude towards us. Was told they were extremely busy but 4 hours is ridiculous.
If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered over 2 hours ago, rang the restaurant and they said it was 5 minutes away. Still 30 minutes since that call no delivery and they’re not answering my calls. Shockingly rude, would never order from them again.
Do not order from here! We ordered and waited 45mins after the delivery time - still no order. Rang up and we’re told it would be another 20-30 mins! No offer of a refund, the lady on the phone didn’t care. Won’t order from here again
Spice with no rice…. Or manners Do not order from this takeaway! Don’t give them your money. They are absolutely disgusting!! Not only is the food awful but the customer service is Awful. Over an hour late for delivery, missing food and when we spoke to them we didn’t get one apology just bad attitude and had the phone put down on us! We asked for a refund and they said they would give us our missing items I said it’s to late now we’ve waited over an hour. They said that this is our problem! Go somewhere nicer, spend your money on a business that has time for customers and that have some respect!! I wish I could give this takeaway a minus rating!
